The 3A team is headed by our founding partners, Jon and Karen Mitchell. This dynamic team is highly relational and takes an interest not just in your business, but in you as a person. Jon Mitchell has a 20 year background in sales, marketing, operations, and tech. He has worked in the publishing, direct mail, health care, and nonprofit sectors. Jon's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Toccoa Falls College and an MBA with a focus in Marketing from LeTourneau University, a leading Christian polytechnic University. He is also an ordained minister with The Alliance, a global denomination impacting millions of people.

Karen Mitchell has a 21 year background in education. She teaches entrepreneurship to eager young students, helping them gain a basic understanding of economic, branding, and marketing principles. She holds a B.S. in Education from Toccoa Falls College and a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia.
